Privacy Policy
1.Overview
Revivo ("we," "us," or "our") operates as an AI automation and revenue recovery agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our services, including SMS-based lead reactivation, speed-to-lead automation, and AI receptionist systems. This policy applies to information collected through our website, client onboarding processes, and service delivery platforms.
2.Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and business name provided through inquiry forms, lead sources, or direct communication
- Business information — details about your business operations provided during onboarding or service delivery
- Usage data — information about how you interact with our systems, website, and communications, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- SMS communication data — records of SMS messages sent and received through our automated platforms on behalf of our clients
- Consent records — timestamps, IP addresses, form URLs, and the specific disclosure language presented at the time consent was given for SMS communications
3.How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Deliver automation and lead recovery services to our clients
- Send SMS follow-up messages on behalf of client businesses to individuals who have previously submitted inquiries and provided express consent to receive SMS communications
- Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot our automation systems
- Communicate with clients about their accounts and service performance
- Maintain records of consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements
- Comply with applicable federal and state laws and carrier regulations
4.SMS Communications
Revivo operates SMS automation systems on behalf of home service businesses and other clients. If you receive an SMS message facilitated by Revivo:
- The message is sent on behalf of a business you previously contacted or submitted an inquiry to, and for which you provided express consent to receive SMS communications
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Message frequency varies by campaign. Message and data rates may apply
- We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS data with third parties outside of the client business on whose behalf the message was sent
- Opt-out requests are processed immediately and your number will be permanently suppressed from future sends for that campaign
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5.How We Collect Consent
SMS consent is collected through web-based opt-in forms that include clear, conspicuous disclosure language at or near the point of submission. The disclosure informs the individual of the identity of the business that will send messages, the automated nature of the messages, message frequency, applicable rates, and opt-out instructions. Consent is collected as a separate, affirmative action and is not bundled with other agreements.
For each consent event, we record the individual's phone number, the timestamp of consent, the IP address from which consent was submitted, the URL of the form, and the exact disclosure language displayed at the time of consent.
6.Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Client businesses — for whom we operate automation services, limited to data relevant to their campaigns
- Service providers — including Twilio (SMS delivery), n8n (workflow automation), and other infrastructure providers necessary to deliver our services, each of which is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing obligations
- Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
7.Data Retention
We retain contact and communication data for as long as necessary to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations, including maintaining consent records as required by the TCPA. Consent records are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of consent or the date of the last communication, whichever is later. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly, subject to our legal retention obligations.
8.Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
- Request that we stop processing your information for marketing purposes
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jacob@revivo.dev.
